قابل توجه متقاضیان محترم: برای تایید مدارک فارغ التحصیلی لازم است کلیه مدارک بارگذاری شده در سامانه میخک به آدرس ایمیل  student.canada@mfa.gov.ir  نیز ارسال گردد.

دانشگاههای زیر نظر وزارت علوم

1. پس از ثبت نام در سامانه میخک، وارد بخش «امور تحصیلی» شوید.
2. در بخش تایید مدارک میبایست دو مدرک زیر را بارگذاری کنید: (نمایندگی: ستاد کانادا - وزارت امور خارجه  | نوع درخواست: تائید مدارک تحصیلی)
   1. اسکن مدرک فارغ التحصیلی و ریزنمرات پایان دوره و بارگزاری در سامانه میخک و دریافت کدرهگیری
   2. ارسال مدارک بارگزاری شده در سامانه میخک به آدرس ایمیل: Student.canada@mfa.gov.ir 
3. در این مرحله استعلام مدارک آغاز می‌شود.برای تسریع در گرفتن پاسخ، متقاضی هر دو مدرکی را که در تایید مدرک میخک بارگذاری کرده، به پیوست به دانشگاه ایمیل کند و از دانشگاه بخواهد که مدارک پیوست را تایید نمایند و در جواب تاییدیه در cc نامه ایمیل بخش دانشجویی student.canada@mfa.gov.ir را نیز اضافه کند. 

برای ایمیل به دانشگاه میتوانید از متن زیر استفاده کنید:

Dear reader

 I am writing in reference to my recent graduation of my diploma to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran for approval. I have been informed that the Ministry has approved the issuance of my diploma, but they require confirmation from the university in accordance with privacy laws.

 I would be grateful if you could take a moment to review my diploma and confirm that it meets the necessary standards for approval. I appreciate that this confirmation is required before the Ministry can issue the final diploma.

 In addition to the confirmation, I kindly request that you kindly share an official transcript of my academic records from the university. The Ministry has requested a copy of my academic record to finalize the approval process.

 I believe that my academic record speaks for itself, and I am confident that there will be no issues with its review and approval. However, I thank you in advance for your attention to this matter and for any assistance that you may give me.
